Authors, Illustrators, & Storytellers

Learn more about your favorite and new authors and illustrators of comics and storybooks. Explore characters, locations, and plot, as you write, act, draw, and paint your own stories. Projects include creating pop up sculptures, clay characters, and dioramas. 

DIY Drama

In this Do-It-Yourself program, cooperate and collaborate as a group to create characters and scenes together. Participants learn to write their own stories, and build upcycled scenery, costumes and props. Share your designs and stories with other summer program participants later in the week. 

Extended day programming from 3-5 pm is available Monday-Thursday. Families must register separately for these additional hours. There is no extended day on Fridays.
