Accessibility

Our building, two theaters, classroom spaces, galleries, and other public spaces are all accessible. The building is equipped with accessible restrooms on each floor. Patrons in need of large type or Braille programs should advise the Patron Services staff upon ordering tickets.

Mosesian Arts is proudly an UP Designated Organization through the Universal Participation (UP) Initiative of Mass Cultural Council.

Accessible Seating

Our theaters are wheelchair accessible for all performances. If you need accessible seats for blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard-of-hearing, or other accessibility needs for an upcoming performance, please contact the Box Office at tickets@mosesianarts.org or 617-923-0100.

Listening Devices

The Main Stage Theater is equipped with a Tele-Coil Loop System. Patrons with hearing aids and cochlear implants may set their devices to “T-Coil” to take advantage of the assistive listening system. Patrons wishing for assistive listening devices may pick up a headset from the Patron Services staff upon arrival at the theater.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome at all performances.  If possible, please let us know when you purchase your ticket so that we ensure that you are appropriately seated.

Sensory Friendly "No Hush" Performances

In addition to the accessible services listed above, Mosesian Arts occasionally offers "No Hush" performances of Watertown Children's Theatre productions. These performances feature American Sign Language interpretation, lowered sound levels, and house lights at a low glow. They are meant to foster an informal, non-judgmental atmosphere where audience members can experience and respond to the performance in their own way. Please review our show listings to learn about upcoming sensory friendly dates.
