Call for Art | In This Place: Watertown Treaty Day Exhibition

The Mosesian Center for the Arts invites indigenous artists to submit work for the upcoming Treaty Day Exhibition and 250th Anniversary Celebration event planned for July 18, 2026. Mosesian Arts would like to commemorate the important anniversary by focusing on artwork created by artists with connections to the Mi’kmaq and Maliseet Nations. The work does not have to relate to the treaty signing directly. However, if the artists choose to create work in response to the first treaty signing between the United States and the local tribes, they can certainly do so.

Mosesian Arts accepts artworks of all media such as painting, printmaking, drawing, illustration, photography, 3D, mixed media,  video, artists’ books,  and sound.
