Workshop – An Actor at Work with WCT alum Lily Steven!

Gr. 8–12

Registration opens October 22, 6 pm

Being a working actor is more than just auditioning and rehearsing. Spending time working with text, building your character, and understanding the story is all a part of the process. WCT alum and professional actor Lily Steven offers tips on working with text — from audition monologues, to breaking down your character’s motivations, to building a deeper understanding of your roles. She’ll also offer some time for Q&A about her acting journey since WCT, life as a working actor, and more! Cast members for WCT’s production of Love/Sick will automatically be enrolled in this workshop as part of their rehearsal process.

Lily Steven is an actor, singer, and very proud WCT alum! She's performed on stages across the East coast, including Boston favorites like Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, Greater Boston Stage Company, Umbrella Stage, Gloucester Stage, and the Huntington. She loves telling stories and making people smile!
