CYC1 - Intro to Technical Theater

Gr. 6+

From concept to performance, each aspect of technical theater plays a part in creating a dynamic production. Step behind the scenes and learn scenic painting techniques, design costume renderings and stage makeup, create light plots, Foley sound effects, props, and more. With this foundational experience participants may apply to be crew members for season productions. 

After completing this introductory class, CYC participants (grade 8+) may continue to Level 2 - Core where they learn from and mentor with theater professionals.
