Join children’s author and illustrator Alik Arzoumanian for an interactive story time designed especially for preschoolers. Following the story, children will participate in hands-on activities inspired by the book. Alik writes in Western Armenian but the story time will be run in English. Children will have the opportunity to hear and learn Armenian words for shapes and numbers! No knowledge of Armenian is required.

This event is free but we ask that you RSVP so we can plan for attendance.

Alik is part of our Artists-in-Residence program and will also teach a youth workshop, Introduction to Gel Printing, for grades 3-5 on Saturday, May 30, 2:00–4:00 PM.
