Crinkled Paper Technique for Watercolorists Workshop
Registration Opens on August 5 at 6:00 PM
Instructor: Nan Rumpf
Come and join us as we explore the use of watercolors on a special paper. This paper will be provided by the instructor. Nan will demonstrate the steps for preparing the paper and the best way to use your brushes to obtain the crinkled paper look. This technique produces random darker lines and flying light. This technique is excellent for painting rocks, trees, shrubs, flowers, landscapes, and other subjects which benefit from the special qualities provided by the crinkled paper. Bring your own watercolors and brushes, a mist bottle, some photo references, and an old towel. A comprehensive material list will be emailed to registered students.
