Amélie: Teen Edition

Audition requests open January 7

This quirky, charming Broadway musical tells the story of Amélie, an extraordinary young woman who lives quietly in the world but loudly in her mind.  WCT’s Black Box Musical Series provides student performers the opportunity to collaborate with a director, music director, choreographer and a small cast to develop a fully-staged production for the public in the Dinah Lane Theater. Please note that this is an audition based program. Audition scheduling will begin on January 7. Registration will open to participants if they are cast in and accept a role in the production.

Please prepare two contrasting one minute cuts from musical theatre songs that show your range and acting abilities. To reserve an audition slot, email production.wct@mosesianarts.org with your production resume and (optional) headshot or photo.
