Start your day with a dynamic full-body class that builds stamina, alignment, and balance through vinyasa-inspired movement and functional strength work. The session then shifts into a restorative practice of gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation, helping participants release tension, improve focus, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
