Start your day with a dynamic, full-body class designed to build stamina, alignment, and balance. Sessions draw from vinyasa yoga, functional strength, and conditioning for dancers and non-dancers alike.

Introductory drop-in workshops offered January 5–21 in the Rehearsal Hall.
