Each year, the Watertown Business Coalition presents a Life Science Panel to connect our community to the Life Science companies and innovations happening here in Watertown.

The panel will run from 6:00-7:00, then we’ll have networking and food afterwards.

The purpose of this panel is to help the Watertown community understand what the life science industry is and where Watertown’s 50+/- companies fit in. Four companies from different stages in the biotech lifecycle will share their hopes and challenges. We’ll reserve plenty of time for audience interaction, so come with your questions about Watertown’s biotech backyard.

Panelists:

Sai Life Sciences, a contract research and development organization - Maneesh Pingle, Head of Discovery and Business Development

Acrivon Therapeutics , an early stage, cutting-edge startup - David Proia, Ph.D., Vice President, Biology and Drug Discovery

Lyndra Therapeutics, with a product ready to start clinical trials - Jessica Ballinger, President & Chief Operations Officer

Enanta Pharmaceuticals, which already has a successful product on the market - Tara Kieffer, Ph.D., Senior Vice President of New Product Strategy & Development

Moderating the panel will be Merle Kummer of Kummer Consulting, a 20-year Biopharma veteran and a founder of Watertown’s CoLAB High School Stem Career Collaboration.
